Mohali: Three women booked for entering flat, threatening minor in Zirakpur society

Zirakpur police booked three women—Ravinder Kaur, Sakshi, and Manpreet Kaur alias Deepika—for entering a flat in Trishla City and threatening a 14-year-old minor.

The incident occurred on December 10, 2024, when the accused entered the flat while the minor was alone and allegedly used abusive language and tampered with the CCTV camera.

The FIR was registered on Friday after an inquiry ordered by senior police officers following a complaint by Sarika, the minor's mother.

The complainant initially alleged physical assault, but the inquiry found no medical evidence supporting that claim.

The women were charged under Sections 133, 324(3), 351(3), 332(c) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
