Deepika Singh says Delhi feels like home

Deepika Singh, known from 'Diya Aur Baati Hum', visited Delhi for family and said she knows the roads better than Google Maps.

She grew up in Paharganj and started her career after filling in as a ramp model when one contestant was short.

Deepika credits Delhi for making her a strong person through its ups and downs and informal self-defence training.

Her favourite Delhi spots include Dilli Haat, Sarojini Nagar, Roshan Di Kulfi in Karol Bagh, and Sitaram's chole bhature in Paharganj.

She said Delhi girls are the strongest because they can stand up for themselves, and the city feels homely compared to Mumbai.
