Maruti Suzuki to challenge Raipur consumer panel's E20 car replacement order

Maruti Suzuki will challenge the Raipur District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission's order to replace a customer's vehicle over alleged E20 fuel compatibility issues.

Maruti Suzuki says the SUV was already E20-compatible and that fact was disclosed in the owner's manual.

The company claims the commission did not consider all facts, including evidence of fuel contamination in the customer's vehicle.
