Passenger pulls bus steering wheel in Latur, crash injures six

A passenger allegedly grabbed the steering wheel of an ST bus on the Latur-Ausa Road, causing it to crash into three parked school buses and overturn.
The incident occurred on Monday, July 27, at around 2:30 pm, involving a bus from Nilanga depot.
Driver Mahadev Devrao Devgunde (50) sustained serious injuries to his hand and face; five passengers had minor injuries.
The passenger reportedly said 'I want to die' before pulling the steering wheel; he was detained by police after a complaint from the driver.
No fatalities were reported, but the bus overturned on one side of the road.
