Tyreek Hill ACL recovery update

Tyreek Hill remains a free agent after being released by the Miami Dolphins earlier in the 2026 offseason, nearly 10 months after tearing his ACL.

Hill shared a workout video on YouTube on July 23, 2026, stating he has no power in his left leg and is working to regain strength after two surgeries.

One doctor told Hill he might never walk normally again, but Hill's rehabilitation is ahead of schedule and he said his timeline is looking good.

Hill ended his update with the optimistic message, "The Cheetah will be back," indicating retirement is not part of his plans despite the injury setback.

Hill tore his ACL in his left knee during the Dolphins' Week 4 victory over the New York Jets in September 2025 when Jets defensive back Malachi Moore grabbed his right leg.
