Indian man sarcastically reveals the ‘struggles’ of working in Japan: ‘No weekend calls, paid for overtime’

Ajay Pandey, an Indian working in Japan for 11 years, posted a sarcastic video on Instagram about Japan's work culture.
He complained about working from home two days a week and only three days in the office.
Pandey said his manager never contacts him on weekends, leaving him free for camping or bike rides.
He criticized that overtime is approved only with difficulty but employees are paid for every 15 minutes worked.
He contrasted Japanese bonuses with Diwali gifts in India, saying Japan gives two or three months' salary instead of a box of sweets.
