Toyota global sales fall for fifth straight month; China drops 27%, Middle East 24%

Toyota global sales fell 1.1% to 926,688 vehicles in June 2026, marking the fifth consecutive monthly decline.

Sales in China plunged 27% and in the Middle East dropped 24%, while North America and Japan partially offset the declines.

Global production rose 2.2% in June despite the sales downturn.
