Hoax bomb note found on IndiGo flight bound for Ahmedabad at Bengaluru airport

A handwritten note claiming a bomb was found in the washroom of an IndiGo flight at Kempegowda International Airport (KIA) bound for Ahmedabad.

Security agencies searched the aircraft for over two hours.

Police declared the bomb threat a hoax after the search.

The flight, scheduled for departure at 8pm, was later cleared.

IndiGo's security manager filed a complaint about the incident.
