'Worst experience': Dehradun woman alleges Rapido driver left her midway, company responds

Dehradun woman Janvi Choudhary alleged in a viral Instagram video that a Rapido driver left her midway during a ride in the rain.

The driver insisted on taking an off-map route not shown on the Rapido app, leading to an argument.

Janvi reported that the driver verbally abused her and left her and a male companion on the roadside at 8:30 pm.

She reached home around 10 pm after the incident.

Rapido responded on Instagram, calling the incident unacceptable and asking Janvi to DM her registered mobile number and ride ID for investigation.
