BEST will recruit 364 bus conductors after nearly 8 years, with online applications open from August 1 to August 29.

The recruitment fills about 35% of the 1,036 conductor vacancies, easing workload on existing staff.

Applicants must have passed SSC with Marathi and English, possess a valid Bus Conductor Licence, and meet physical standards.

Selection is through a computer-based test on arithmetic, general knowledge, and language proficiency.

Selected candidates receive a basic salary of ₹22,500 plus allowances and a free BEST bus pass.
