Actress Kanchan now a drama teacher in Mumbai

Kanchan debuted in Hindi cinema with 'Sanam Bewafa' (1991) opposite Salman Khan.

She worked with Akshay Kumar in 'Amaanat' (1994) and Govinda in 'Coolie No. 1' (1995).

Kanchan appeared with Shah Rukh Khan and Sridevi in 'Army' (1996).

After being typecast in supporting roles, she moved to South Indian cinema for lead parts.

Kanchan left films due to declining offers and industry changes; she now reportedly works as a drama teacher in Mumbai.
