Trump warns Iran of bombing bridges, power plants
Donald Trump warned on Truth Social that for every ship struck in the Strait of Hormuz, the US will bomb one bridge or power plant in Iran, including near Tehran.
The warning follows the 11th consecutive night of US strikes against Iran as diplomatic efforts collapse.
Since February, disruption in the Strait of Hormuz—used for about 20% of global oil and gas supply—has caused an energy crisis and oil price fluctuations.
Iran reported 53 deaths and nearly 600 injuries in the past 11 days, and launched drone and missile attacks toward Bahrain, Kuwait, and other Gulf nations hosting US bases.
The US is considering targeting Iran's underground nuclear site at Pickaxe Mountain.
