Mumbai: Woman Murdered By Husband Following Domestic Quarrel At Oshiwara; Accused Arrested

A man was arrested for murdering his wife near a traffic signal in Oshiwara, Andheri West, Mumbai.

The husband allegedly assaulted his wife with a stone and slit her throat with a knife after a domestic quarrel.

The woman was taken to Cooper Hospital but declared dead on arrival.

The couple earned their livelihood by begging and were reportedly under the influence of alcohol.

The incident occurred nearly 100 metres from Oshiwara Police Station.
