Anti-defection probe: 4 former AIADMK MLAs to appear before Speaker

Four former AIADMK MLAs—Esakki Subbaiah, Maragatham Kumaravel, Jayakumar, and Sathyabama—will appear before Tamil Nadu Assembly Speaker JCD Prabakaran for an anti-defection inquiry.

The inquiry follows their alleged joining of the Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK).

AIADMK's Edappadi K Palaniswami filed the petition and has been summoned for the hearing.
