SEBI agreed to settle NSE co-location and dark fibre cases for Rs 1,491 crore.

The settlement amount includes Rs 1,223.56 crore for the co-location case and Rs 267.65 crore for the dark fibre matter.

SEBI issued a demand letter for the total amount of Rs 1,491.21 crore.
