Delhi High Court directs Centre to review passport fee hike challenge

Delhi High Court directed the Centre to consider a representation challenging passport fee hike under the Passports (Amendment) Rules, 2026.

The court disposed of a PIL filed by Pravasi Legal Cell.

Ministry of External Affairs must decide on the representation within three months.
