Saudi Arabia warned expatriates that overstaying entry visas can result in fines up to SR50,000, imprisonment up to six months, and deportation.
The Interior Ministry urged visa holders to comply with immigration rules and report violations by calling 911 in Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, and Eastern Province, or 999 elsewhere.
Over 15,000 people were arrested in a nationwide campaign targeting residency, labour, and border security violations.
