Unnati Sharma wins judo bronze as India add another medal at CWG

Unnati Sharma won bronze in women's 63kg judo at the 2026 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, defeating South Africa's Skye Knoester by ippon in 1 minute 7 seconds.

Sharma's victory came after a semifinal loss to Australia's Saya Middleton.

Earlier, she beat Eswatini's Lamulela Magagula and New Zealand's Qona Christie to reach the semifinals.

India's Inunganbi Takhellambam (women's 70kg) and Karanjit Singh Maan (men's 90kg) missed medals in repechage.

Harsh Tokas lost his men's 81kg quarterfinal to Cyprus' Odysseas Georgakis but won a repechage bout.
