Netflix Executive Lawsuit Over Drug Use at Work

Kevin Baillie, former head of studios at Netflix, was fired after an executive retreat where he discussed ketamine treatment for depression and drank Guinness while standing on his head.

Baillie filed a wrongful-termination lawsuit, arguing the retreat focused on vulnerability and trust, and seeks $825,000 to $1.1 million in severance pay.

Netflix declined to comment on the lawsuit.
