Chiranjeevi, Naga Babu step in to help Gabbar Singh actor Ramesh after brain stroke with ₹5 lakh support

Actor Ramesh, known for his role in Pawan Kalyan's Gabbar Singh, suffered a brain stroke and is admitted to Apollo Hospital.

Chiranjeevi provided ₹3 lakh and assured support via the state government's medical health insurance scheme.

Naga Babu contributed ₹2 lakh, making a total of ₹5 lakh from the Mega family.

Director Harish Shankar also visited the hospital and offered financial assistance to Ramesh's family.
