in5points
Infosys shares fell 2.4% to an intraday low of ₹1,019.00 on 24 July 2026 after the company trimmed its FY27 revenue growth guidance to 1.5%–3.0% in constant currency terms, down from 1.5%–3.5%.
CEO Salil Parekh cited an uncertain macroeconomic climate and a one-off revenue impact from a specific client decision as reasons for the guidance revision.
Consolidated net profit for Q1 FY27 rose 12.2% year-on-year to ₹7,769 crore, and revenue grew 14% to ₹48,211 crore.
Infosys announced Ashiss Kumar Dash as CEO-designate, effective 1 April 2027, succeeding Salil Parekh.
