'Wasn’t that witty for his standards': Shashi Tharoor and son's banter continues over 'ban boomers on WhatsApp'

Ishaan Tharoor posted on X that 'India needs to ban Boomers on WhatsApp' in reply to Zoho co-founder Sridhar Vembu.

Shashi Tharoor responded that Ishaan qualifies as a 'baby boomer' given Indian reproductive patterns.

Ishaan then replied that his father's comeback 'wasn't that witty for his standards' and called him the 'number one target' of the proposed ban.

The banter began after Ishaan replied to Vembu's post about banning social media for young children.
