Terrorist handler arrested in J&K’s Kishtwar
Jammu and Kashmir Police arrested Mohammed Rafiq Naik, a key facilitator accused of providing logistical and operational support to foreign terrorists in Chatroo area, Kishtwar district.
Naik was functioning as the main handler of the Saifullah group in Chatroo and allegedly assisted foreign terrorists operating in the region.
The arrest came during investigations into an FIR registered at Chatroo Police Station under BNS, UAPA, and Arms Act.
Earlier operations on June 19 and May 13 dismantled terror support networks, including arrests of a forest department employee and a school teacher.
