Mahindra forms aerospace subsidiary to manufacture aircraft, defence products

Mahindra has created a new aerospace subsidiary to manufacture aircraft and defence products.

The subsidiary will house Mahindra's aircraft and aerospace manufacturing ambitions under its defence business.

The company has not disclosed any investment plans or product roadmap for the new subsidiary.
