Bombay HC pulls up Devang Dave in defamation suit by Kandivali developer

Bombay High Court restrained Devang Dave and two others from circulating defamatory content against SD Corporation.

The order came in a Rs 100 crore defamation suit filed by SD Corporation.

The developer alleged false posts on social media regarding its Kandivali project.
