Ludhiana: Stolen SUV recovered after 7 months, 1 held

Kamaljeet Singh, 35, was arrested while collecting the remaining ₹25,000 from a used-car dealer for a stolen Mahindra XUV.

The SUV was stolen on November 16, 2025, from Vinod Kumar near Keys Hotel in Ludhiana.

Kamaljeet allegedly tried to sell the SUV with forged documents; his brother Harsimranjot Singh is absconding.

The vehicle was recovered by police after a trap was laid by the dealer's tip-off.
