‘Dragged, stabbed within 40 seconds’: Inside Faridabad teacher's brutal murder at school

Sandhya Karhana, a Class 2 teacher at Saraswati Senior Secondary School in Sikrona, was stabbed to death on August 4, 2026.

The accused, 21-year-old Amit, allegedly dragged Karhana out of her classroom and stabbed her at least 25 times within 40 seconds, captured on CCTV.

Amit was arrested from Kot village in Faridabad two hours later, still wearing blood-stained clothes.

The attack occurred when the security guard was absent, and the accused entered the campus unchecked.

School director Tejpal Sharma attempted to intervene but was also attacked by the assailant.
