After success of students protest, Kisan Morcha plans to hit streets

Samyukt Kisan Morcha announced protests at 100 locations across India, including Delhi, from Nov 26.

Demands include a law guaranteeing MSP, repeal of all FTAs including India-US FTA, and loan waivers.

Protesters also seek scrapping of four labour codes, minimum wage of Rs 31,000, and restoration of old rural job guarantee scheme.

Other demands include withdrawal of Electricity Privatisation Bill 2025, Seed Bill 2025, and NFSA Amendment Bill.

Protests will continue until all seven demands are accepted, said P Krishnaprasad of AIKS.
