Trump fires new Seattle prosecutor within an hour

Roger Rogoff was unanimously appointed by federal judges as US attorney for Western Washington on Wednesday.

President Donald Trump removed Rogoff from the position within an hour of his appointment.

The firing came less than an hour after the judges' appointment.

Rogoff's removal is part of Trump's pattern of replacing federal prosecutors.
