Tony Parker's mansion slashes price: Texas estate drops to $11 million; despite luxury features, still seeking buyer

Tony Parker's 53-acre Texas estate in the Anaqua Springs Ranch community near Boerne is now listed for $11 million, down from a peak of $20 million.

The estate features the largest private residential water park in Texas, with pools, slides, a lazy river, and rock formations designed with input from a Six Flags Fiesta Texas professional.

The property includes a full-sized indoor basketball court, professional gym, arcade, tennis and volleyball courts, wine cellar, and six bedrooms and nine bathrooms.

The estate has remained unsold for nearly five years despite multiple price reductions and extensive publicity.
