Supreme Court will direct CBSE to adopt Orissa High Court's opt-out safeguard for APAAR IDs.

Orissa HC had issued directions regarding opt-out provisions for APAAR ID system.

Centre accepted the Orissa HC judgment and did not challenge it.

SC noted the Centre's acceptance and will apply the safeguard nationwide.
