'Former minister will be exposed': Vijay-led Tamil Nadu govt on DMK 'corruption' audit report

Tamil Nadu finance minister N Marie Wilson said the state government will table an 'audit report on corruption' during the upcoming Budget session, exposing irregularities in collection of party funds during the previous MK Stalin-led DMK regime.

Wilson targeted former DMK minister and Harbour MLA PK Sekar Babu, stating the report will contain a list of corruption and 'this former minister will be exposed'.

Wilson reiterated the Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) government's commitment to abolishing the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET), claiming a permanent solution is being actively planned.

The first Budget of the Vijay-led TVK government will be presented in the Tamil Nadu assembly on August 5 by Wilson.
