Indian judo contender withdrawn from 2026 Commonwealth Games after failed dope test

Indian judoka Arun Kumar has been withdrawn from the 2026 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.

He failed an out-of-competition dope test and received a provisional suspension from NADA.

Arun Kumar competes in the -73kg category and recently participated in the Qingdao Grand Prix.

India's contingent at the 2026 Commonwealth Games has been reduced to 124 athletes following his withdrawal.
