Gulshan Group to invest ₹1000 crore in premium housing project in Ghaziabad’s Wave City

Gulshan Group launched Gulshan Empire, a premium residential project in Sector 1, Wave City, Ghaziabad, with apartments starting at ₹2.20 crore.

The project involves an investment of ₹1,000 crore and is expected to generate sales revenue over ₹1,200 crore.

Gulshan Empire offers 500 apartments across six towers, with 3 BHK and 4 BHK units ranging from 2,075 sq ft to 2,750 sq ft.

About 200 apartments have been sold, with 70% of buyers being end-users and 30% investors.

The development is driven by improving infrastructure like the Delhi-Meerut Expressway and rising demand for premium housing in Ghaziabad.
