Prestige Group launches 3 housing projects in Q1 with ₹12,000-cr revenue potential

Prestige Estates Projects Ltd launched three housing projects in Q1 April-June 2026 with estimated revenue potential of ₹12,000 crore.

The residential projects are located in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Mumbai.

The company also launched one commercial project in Bengaluru with 3 million sq ft developable area.

Prestige Group's Chairman Irfan Razack announced plans for upcoming launches in Mumbai, NCR, Bengaluru, and Chennai during the festive season.

Q1 sales bookings declined 46% to ₹6,579.3 crore due to a high base effect from record pre-sales in the year-ago period.
