Uttarakhand police enforces 13-foot height limit on Kanwars, sending back those exceeding it at entry points.

The limit applies to vehicle-borne Kanwars during the Shravan Kanwar Yatra, which began July 30.

On Sunday, 12 Kanwars were sent back from the Narsan border, according to SSP Navneet Singh Bhullar.

A case was registered against NHAI officials after two Kanwariyas were killed by collapsing iron girders in Haridwar.
