Chandigarh: At CCF event, UT administrator calls for inclusive development

Punjab governor and UT administrator Gulab Chand Kataria called for inclusive development at Chandigarh Citizens Foundation's (CCF) first anniversary event in Sector 17 on Saturday.

CCF has advanced citizen participation through 12 focus groups on health, security, arts, science, education, and women empowerment, with over 200 volunteers.

CCF's projects include Project Saathi for student mental health, Project Seva for elderly care, and emergency response training with PGIMER.

Kataria emphasized that real development must reach the last person, with opportunities, dignity, safety, and empowerment for all sections of society.

He asked CCF's groups to give suggestions for making Chandigarh the country's number one city.
