UP Woman Used Poisonous Snake to Murder Husband for Rs 20 lakh Insurance, Police Uncover Chilling Plot

A woman and her lover were arrested in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, for allegedly murdering her husband with a poisonous snake to fake an accidental snakebite.

The duo planned the crime to claim a Rs 20 lakh insurance payout and continue their relationship.

Two snake charmers were also arrested for supplying the snake used in the murder.
