North Korean foreign minister arrives in Russia for high-level talks with Lavrov

North Korean Foreign Minister Choe Son Hui traveled to Moscow for talks with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.

The visit aims to strengthen bilateral ties between North Korea and Russia.

Choe departed Pyongyang on July 18 aboard her personal plane, according to KCNA.

Russia's foreign ministry confirmed the visit, highlighting North Korea as a close ally and supporter of Russia's war in Ukraine.
