MakeMyTrip confirms India IPO, confidentially files DRHP

MakeMyTrip India has confidentially filed its DRHP with SEBI for a proposed IPO.

This is the first step toward listing the Indian business on stock exchanges.

The IPO will allow MakeMyTrip to raise capital and offer shares to Indian investors.
