Grammy-nominated singer Nivea reveals leukemia diagnosis, says 'everything is going great so far'

Nivea, the Grammy-nominated R&B singer, revealed she was diagnosed with leukemia earlier this year.

She announced the diagnosis during an appearance on Cadillac Chronicles and said treatment is going well.

The diagnosis has given her a new perspective on life and made gratitude a daily practice.

She is returning to music and studying audio engineering.
