Amazon, Walmart AI detect 'made in USA' fraud but do not flag it, study says

A think tank led by ex-FTC chair Lina Khan found Amazon and Walmart's AI can detect false 'Made in USA' labels.

The retailers are not using the detection technology to remove or flag misleading product listings.
