WSHA focus on employability in Indian hospitality sector: CEO Mandziuk

The World Sustainable Hospitality Alliance (WSHA) will train about 2,000 young people from disadvantaged backgrounds in India in 2026, as stated by CEO Glenn Mandziuk.

WSHA's Employability Programme is active in 20 Indian cities, with over 4,000 trainees, more than 3,000 graduates, and 2,000 in full-time employment.

The programme aims to improve youth employment and inclusivity by providing skills, work readiness, life skills, digital and financial literacy, and practical hotel experience.

Mandziuk emphasized that the programme is a strategic investment to build a resilient workforce, reducing turnover and strengthening the talent pipeline in hospitality.
