Suneel on why chose to work with Nadeem despite Gulshan Kumar's murder charges

Filmmaker Suneel Darshan chose to work with composer Nadeem Saifi after verifying there were no legal restrictions barring him, consulting the police commissioner who said there was no control over creativity.

Nadeem Saifi was accused of paying Rs 25 lakh to assailants involved in the murder of T-Series founder Gulshan Kumar in 1997.

Darshan believed Nadeem's denial of involvement after Nadeem swore on his child that he was not part of the murder.

Nadeem composed the soundtrack for Darshan's film 'Ek Rishtaa: The Bond of Love', completing seven songs in a single day.

Their professional collaboration continued on multiple projects including 'Haan Maine Bhi Pyaar Kiya', 'Jeevansathi', 'Barsaat', 'Andaaz', and 'Dosti: Friends Forever'.
