Bombay HC directs PMC to consider CPS diploma holders for promotion, orders DPC meeting within two weeks

Bombay High Court directed Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) to consider CPS diploma holders for promotion.

Court ordered PMC to convene a Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) meeting within two weeks.

Order came on a writ petition by Dr. Naik challenging PMC's failure to hold DPC despite vacancies in deputy medical officer of health post.
