'Will Not Bow to US Bullying': Araghchi Rejects Washington's Pressure Tactics at SCO Summit

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi rejected US pressure at the SCO Council of Foreign Ministers meeting in Cholpon-Ata, Kyrgyzstan, stating Iran will not 'bow to US bullying'.

Araghchi said the main barrier between Tehran and Washington is US reliance on 'bullying and coercion' rather than lack of communication.

He confirmed talks with Pakistan as a mediator and ongoing coordination with China and Russia after meetings with Chinese FM Wang Yi and Russian FM Sergei Lavrov.

Araghchi urged SCO members to counter unilateralism by the US and Western bodies, advocating for state sovereignty and international law.

Iran's military commander Major General Abdollahi warned that for every Iranian martyred, one American soldier will be targeted, amid US airstrikes in Iran.
