Exclusive: Naturis Cosmetics to raise maiden funding led by Sharrp Ventures

Naturis Cosmetics is raising Rs 33.74 crore ($3.5 million) in its maiden funding round led by Sharrp Ventures, with participation from Mirabilis Investment Trust.

The company issues 12,784 preference shares at Rs 26,400 each; Sharrp Ventures invests Rs 22.5 crore, Mirabilis Investment Trust Rs 11.25 crore.

Naturis Cosmetics, founded in 2011 by Rahul Tandon, is a B2B contract manufacturer for beauty brands including Nykaa, Plum, Pilgrim, and Bare Anatomy.

The Jammu-based company achieved 40% year-on-year revenue growth to Rs 154 crore in FY25, with a net profit of Rs 12 crore.

Post-money valuation is estimated at ~Rs 364 crore ($38 million); Sharrp Ventures will hold a 6.19% stake, Mirabilis Investment Trust 3.09%.
