Saadia Zahidi Becomes First Woman Chief Of International Aviation Body

Saadia Zahidi is appointed as the first woman Director General of IATA.

She will be the ninth Director General in IATA's history.

Zahidi takes charge from November 1.

The appointment marks a milestone for gender diversity in aviation leadership.
