No Armed Maoists Left In Gadchiroli, Announces SP Ramesh While Speaking On Success Of Operation Antim

Gadchiroli SP M. Ramesh announced no armed Maoists remain in the district after Operation Antim Prahar in May 2026.

Gadchiroli Police arrested six people for putting up Naxalite banners and pamphlets to spread fear.

The accused are Joga Rainu Dhurva, Malu Kande Dhurva, Dalsu Marra Telami, Chaitu Dunga Dhurva, Ganesh Devu Alami, and Rajesh Dallu Vadde.

The banners were found on July 25 in the Hiddur-Dobur complex; arrests were made by July 28.

All accused are in police custody and further legal action is underway.
