GMDA clears ₹25cr service roads from Subhash Chowk to Hero Honda Chowk

GMDA approved ₹25 crore project to build service roads on both sides of master sector road from Subhash Chowk to Hero Honda Chowk in Gurugram.

The 3-km stretch will include drains and footpaths to ease congestion caused by Gurugram Metro Rail Limited (GMRL) construction and address waterlogging.

Tenders for the project are expected within a week; contractor must complete work within 18 months of award.

GMDA also initiated completion of a 900-metre road corridor in Sectors 68 and 69 in Gurugram, costing ₹25.37 crore.

The integrated project includes a main carriageway, service road, stormwater drainage, and pedestrian footpaths, to be completed within one year.
